How To Use Forma
The ritual. Refined.
Prepare
Begin with clean, dry skin. Remove all jewellery from the treatment area before beginning. Apply a generous layer of conductive gel or ultrasonic gel to the target area ~ this is non-negotiable. Forma requires a conductive medium to deliver RF and ultrasonic energy effectively and safely. Never use Forma on dry skin.
Recommended areas: abdomen, thighs, arms, flanks, and buttocks.
Power On
Press the power button to turn Forma on. Select your mode and begin at the lowest intensity level, increasing gradually as your skin warms to the treatment.
The four modes:
- Blue ~ EMS Mode ~ muscle engagement and toning. The foundational treatment for definition and firmness
- Red ~ RF Mode ~ radiofrequency thermal energy delivered beneath the skin's surface. The core anti-aging and skin tightening mode
- Green ~ SLIM Mode ~ ultrasonic cavitation for body contouring and lymphatic drainage. Targets localised areas with precision
- Purple ~ SLIM + RF Combination Mode ~ the complete treatment. RF and ultrasonic working simultaneously for maximum results
Begin with a single mode and progress to combination mode as you become familiar with the device.
Treat
Hold Forma flat against the skin and move in slow, circular motions across the treatment area. Maintain consistent contact with the skin at all times ~ do not lift the device mid-stroke. Work methodically across the full treatment zone, spending equal time across the area rather than concentrating on a single spot.
Technique by area:
- Abdomen ~ slow, overlapping circles working outward from the navel
- Thighs ~ long upward strokes from the knee toward the hip, then circular motions
- Arms ~ upward strokes from the elbow toward the shoulder
- Flanks ~ circular motions working from the lower back around toward the front
- Buttocks ~ upward, lifting strokes
Apply additional gel as needed throughout the session ~ skin should remain consistently lubricated.
Session time: 15–20 minutes per treatment area, 3–5 times per week.
Post Treatment
Immediately after your Forma session, the treatment area will be warm and circulation will be elevated. This is normal and a sign the RF technology has been working effectively.
- Wipe away any remaining gel with a clean, damp cloth
- Apply a firming body cream or oil to the treated area while skin is warm and receptive
- Drink water ~ hydration supports the body's natural renewal processes post-treatment
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense exercise for at least one hour after treatment
Power Off & Clean
Press and hold the power button to turn Forma off. Wipe the treatment head thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth after every session. Do not submerge in water. Store in a cool, dry place.
Recharge via USB when battery is low.
For best results
- Always use with conductive gel ~ never on dry skin
- Begin at the lowest intensity and build gradually over your first week of use
- Treat each area for a full 15–20 minutes ~ consistency of coverage matters as much as consistency of sessions
- Use 3–5 times per week ~ results are cumulative and compound over time
- Photograph your treatment areas at week one, four, and eight to track your progress
- Pair with adequate hydration and a balanced diet for optimal results
Who should not use Forma
Forma is not suitable for use if you are:
- Pregnant or planning for pregnancy
- Fitted with a pacemaker or any electronic implanted device
- Fitted with metal plates, pins, or implants in the treatment area
- Experiencing active skin conditions, open wounds, or inflammation in the treatment area
- Undergoing active cancer treatment
If in doubt, consult your healthcare professional before beginning treatment.

We understand ~ and we're sorry it isn't the right fit. Unfortunately, without a way to verify the condition of a returned device, we're unable to accept returns on this basis. If you're unsure about a product before you order, we're always just an email away.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your device arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn't what you ordered ~ we'll fix it. No questions, no hassle. Your choice of a free replacement or a full refund.
Email us at hello@sorellestudio.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the fault or damage
You won't need to return the item. Once we've verified the issue, your replacement ships or your refund processes within 2 ~ 3 business days.
Orders that don't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of dispatch, you're fully covered. We'll reship at no charge or refund you in full ~ your call.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 ~ 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded ~ including the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure or manufacturing fault.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1 ~ 3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods ~ launches and the holiday season ~ please allow up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a second with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery
Standard shipping: 10 ~ 18 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times may extend slightly during peak periods (November–January) or due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. Once dispatched, your tracking link arrives by email ~ follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Delayed or missing orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window ~ reach out. Email hello@sorellestudio.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. If your order cannot be located, we'll reship it free of charge or refund you in full. Your choice.
Your address
Please double ~ check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is dispatched we're unable to redirect it, and we can't offer replacements or refunds for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Spotted an error? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can to correct it before dispatch.
Customs & import
Orders shipped within Australia under AUD $1,000 are not typically subject to customs charges. In the rare event a fee applies, it is the responsibility of the customer.
