The Preparation

Apply hyaluronic acid serum or conductive gel to clean skin. Brio requires a conductive medium ~ and microcurrent dramatically enhances absorption during treatment.
The Treatment

Begin at the neck. Work upward ~ jaw, cheeks, under-eye, forehead. Slow, deliberate strokes. Always against gravity. Three to five passes per zone.

15 ~ 20 minutes. Never drag downward.
The Finish

Apply your most active serum immediately after. Skin is primed and receptive. Vitamin C, peptides, or hyaluronic acid work best.

4 ~ 5 x per week. Results compound.

Forma

The Preparation

Apply conductive gel generously to clean, dry skin before every session. Never use Forma on dry skin.
The Treatment

Move in slow, circular motions ~ consistent contact, consistent pressure. Abdomen, thighs, arms, flanks, buttocks ~ always upward strokes.

15 ~ 20 minutes per area. 3 ~5 x per week.
The Finish

Skin will be warm ~ the RF working. Apply a firming body cream immediately. Drink water. Avoid heat and exercise for one hour.

The Preparation

Begin with dry or lightly dampened hair, free of heavy product. Divide into sections for full scalp coverage.
The Treatment

Place Seta against the scalp and move in slow, deliberate strokes ~ front to crown, crown to nape. Gentle, consistent pressure. Work across the full scalp methodically.

10 ~ 15 minutes. 3 ~ 5 x per week.
