The Preparation
Begin with dry or lightly dampened hair ~ free of heavy styling product or dry shampoo. Seta works most effectively on a clean scalp where the massage nodes and red light can reach the follicle without obstruction.
Divide the hair into sections if needed ~ particularly for thick or long hair ~ to ensure the device reaches the full scalp rather than sitting on top of the hair. The scalp is the treatment zone. Everything else is in the way.
For best results, use Seta before washing rather than after ~ the scalp massage will loosen any buildup and prime the follicle for cleansing.
The Treatment
Place Seta against the scalp and move in slow, deliberate strokes ~ front hairline to crown, then crown to nape. Apply gentle, consistent pressure and let the device do the work. Move methodically across the full scalp ~ front, sides, crown, and nape ~ spending extra time on areas of thinning or tension.
Select your intensity setting based on your comfort and concern:
Level 1 ~ gentle, introductory massage. Ideal for first-time use and sensitive scalps
Level 2 ~ moderate stimulation. The everyday setting for most users
Level 3 ~ targeted, invigorating treatment. For maximum circulation and stimulation
10 ~ 15 minutes per session. 3 ~ 5 x per week. Hair growth cycles take time ~ visible results typically appear from week six to eight with consistent use.
The Finish
Immediately after your Seta session, your scalp is primed and circulation is elevated. This is the optimal moment to apply your hair growth serum, scalp oil, or treatment product ~ absorption is at its peak and the follicle is most receptive.
Apply product directly to the scalp and massage in with fingertips to extend the treatment beyond the device session. This two-step approach ~ device stimulation followed by targeted product ~ is what delivers the most significant results over time.
Show up for your scalp. It will show up for you.
