The Preparation
Begin with clean, dry skin. Remove all jewellery from the treatment area before beginning ~ metal and RF energy do not mix.
Apply a generous, even layer of conductive gel or ultrasonic gel across the entire treatment area before every session. Forma requires a conductive medium to deliver RF and ultrasonic energy effectively and safely ~ this is non-negotiable. The gel allows the treatment head to glide smoothly and ensures energy is delivered evenly across the full zone.
Never use Forma on dry skin. Reapply gel throughout the session as needed ~ skin should remain consistently lubricated.
The Treatment
Select your mode and begin at the lowest intensity, building gradually as your skin warms to the treatment. Hold Forma flat against the skin and move in slow, deliberate circular motions ~ maintain consistent contact throughout. Do not lift the device mid-stroke.
Follow this technique by area:
Abdomen ~ slow, overlapping circles working outward from the navel
Thighs ~ long upward strokes from the knee toward the hip, then circular motions
Arms ~ upward strokes from the elbow toward the shoulder
Flanks ~ circular motions from the lower back around toward the front
Buttocks ~ upward, lifting strokes
15 ~ 20 minutes per treatment area. 3 ~ 5 x per week. Results are cumulative ~ consistency of coverage matters as much as consistency of sessions.
The Finish
The treatment area will be warm immediately after your session ~ this is the RF technology working. Circulation is elevated and skin is at its most receptive.
Wipe away any remaining gel with a clean, damp cloth. Apply a firming body cream or oil to the treated area while skin is still warm ~ absorption is significantly enhanced post-treatment. Drink water ~ hydration supports the body's natural renewal processes. Avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for at least one hour after treatment.
Twenty minutes. Three times a week. Results that are earned and kept.
